- As we provide a payment platform during checkout, all these additional charges would had being included in the computation. In any event that such additional charge is not taken up in the computation, we will notify you of this charge. You may complete the payment via bank transfer for your gift to be delivered.
- As Singapore has being organising major events around the island, occasionally it may affect accessibility to delivery venue. We may reach out to you to cancel your order if it is beyond our reach.
- Gloricious reserve the right to turn down your order if resources are not available.
Sender’s/ Customer’s Responsibility
- Gloricious is dedicated to provide timely delivery for all our orders simply because all orders are important to you and us. We encourage our customers to ensure that recipient (or person collecting on behalf) is available to collect the gift at the address, date and time provided in the order form.
- In any event that the recipient is not available for the collection and we did not receive any updates from the customer on alternatives before our delivery leaves, we are regret to either leave it with neighbours, door step, receptionist or any possible easiest mean to retrieve the gift by the recepient. If none option is available, we will bring it back for redelivery at an additional charge.
